Terms of Service
By using DomainOS, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Acceptable Use
You may use DomainOS only for lawful business purposes. You agree NOT to:
- Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) in violation of CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or applicable law
- Scrape personal data about private individuals (only business contact data)
- Use DomainOS to harass, threaten, or deceive recipients
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan limits, or security controls
- Resell access to DomainOS without a white-label agreement
2. Email Compliance
You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach emails comply with applicable laws including CAN-SPAM (USA), CASL (Canada), and GDPR (EU). DomainOS provides the technology; you are responsible for how you use it. All email templates include an unsubscribe instruction — you must honor unsubscribe requests.
3. Scraping Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the scraping features complies with the terms of service of the platforms being scraped and applicable law. DomainOS only scrapes publicly available business information.
4. Account & Plans
- One account per person/business entity
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- Plan limits are enforced automatically — exceeding them requires an upgrade
- Refunds: not available for monthly plans; prorated refunds available for annual plans within 14 days
5. Service Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee it. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.
6. Limitation of Liability
DomainOS is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including failed domain sales, email deliverability issues, or scraping errors.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Billing.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of DomainOS after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated by email.
